Full refunds are only given for handmade items.

Customers have 30 days to contact Desert Peacock Studio to file a complaint for missing or damaged items from the date of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, or contaminated with odor cannot be returned.

Return shipping will be provided by Desert Peacock Studio in the event of a company error.  Please contact the owner at thedesertpeacock@gmail.com to begin the return process.

A refund will be given upon receipt of the returned item by Desert Peacock Studio. Please allow a few days for the return to be processed by your bank.
